2 working a/c's, both around 5,000 btu's. One is only about 3-4 years and has some mildew so will need cleaning. The other is old, 10-15 years, but has always worked. That one has a broken nob for the thermostat, but you can still regulate the fan speed and it cools a room that's 10 x 12.
